01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HUGE app and the website at huge.app (together, the “Service”), operated from Australia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use HUGE. If you use HUGE on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

03The Service

HUGE gives you tools to research hooks, draft scripts, edit short-form video, and track creators. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own content. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the product.

04Subscriptions and billing

  • HUGE is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before you purchase.
  • Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Payment, billing, and renewals are handled by Apple and governed by your App Store account settings.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel renewals in your App Store settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies. Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded still apply.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use HUGE to:

  • Break any law or any third-party platform’s terms.
  • Create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

06Your content

You own the content you create, upload, or generate with HUGE. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content only so we can provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to use it.

07Third-party platforms

HUGE connects to platforms like TikTok and Instagram through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and they may change or restrict API access at any time, which can affect HUGE features. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their availability.

08AI-generated output

HUGE uses AI to generate research, scripts, captions, and edits. Output may be inaccurate, generic, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking anything you publish. HUGE does not guarantee any particular result, reach, or performance.

09Our intellectual property

The HUGE name, logo, app, and underlying software are owned by HUGE and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUGE and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12Termination

You can stop using HUGE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to HUGE or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use HUGE after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
