HUGE only sees the accounts you choose to connect. We never sell your data, never share it for advertising, and never use it to train any AI model.
01Overview
HUGE is an iOS app that helps creators research hooks, draft scripts, edit short-form video, and track the creators in their niche. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the HUGE app and the website at huge.app.
HUGE is operated from Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you use HUGE from outside Australia, your information may be processed in Australia and other countries where our service providers operate.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, and the login you use to create a HUGE account.
- Content you create — scripts, notes, prompts, uploaded clips, and edits you make inside the app.
- Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support or give feedback.
Information from accounts you connect
If you connect a social account (such as TikTok or Instagram), we access only the data needed to provide the feature you asked for — for example, public posts and performance metrics for accounts you choose to track. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — which features you use and basic interaction events, so we can fix bugs and improve the app.
- Device data — device type, operating system version, and a unique app identifier.
03How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the HUGE app and its features.
- Generate the research, scripts, captions, and edits you request.
- Process your subscription and manage your account.
- Respond to support requests and send essential service notices.
- Keep HUGE secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
04Accounts you connect
Social platforms each have their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect an account, you authorise HUGE to access specific data through that platform’s official API, and you can revoke that access at any time from within HUGE or from the platform’s own settings. Removing a connection stops any further access and deletes the associated tokens.
05AI and your content
HUGE uses AI models to produce research, scripts, captions, and edits. Your content is sent to these models only to generate the output you ask for. We do not use your content to train any AI model, and our model providers are contractually prevented from training their models on it.
AI output can be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing anything HUGE generates before you publish it.
07Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your content or your whole account at any time; when you do, we delete the associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
08Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
09Your rights and choices
- Access and correction — request a copy of your personal information or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion — delete your content or account from within the app, or by contacting us.
- Disconnect — remove any connected social account at any time.
- Complaints — if you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
10Children
HUGE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as HUGE evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use HUGE after a change means you accept the updated policy.
